For more than 15 years, Blake has dedicated himself to empowering community development, businesses and nonprofits through accessible financing. Leveraging his expertise in flexible funding structures, he has made a significant impact across various sectors.

At Forked Pine Consulting, Blake serves as a trusted advisor guiding clients towards optimal financing solutions, including tax credits and other incentive programs. Blake is also continuing his senior executive role at MetaFund, an Oklahoma-based CDFI. There, Blake has played a pivotal role in securing more than $250 million for clients encompassing manufacturing, healthcare, affordable housing and community centers, primarily through the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program.

Blake’s passion for community development began early in his career. He honed his financial acumen at Goldman Sachs’ asset management division before applying his skills to support small businesses through consulting roles throughout Oklahoma and Utah. This diverse background positions him as a leader in the field of community development finance. Blake earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma in 2010.
